If you upgrade the driver via ports, the newer version will automatically be used but the Display Manager won’t indicate that that is the case.

The new Update Manager in 9.0 will allow you to both update the port and will feed that information to Display Manager.

I’ve attempted to update the driver on my computer via ports, but the display wizard still shows the 270.41.06. How do I select the newly installed driver?
