I did this to compile:
svn co svn://svn.pcbsd.org/pcbsd/current/src-qt4/
cd src-qt4/libpcbsd
qmake-qt4 *.pro
make && make install
cd ../pc-bluetoothmanager
qmake-qt4 *.pro
make && make install
cd ../pc-bluetoothtray
qmake-qt4 *.pro
make && make install
